Agreement to terms
These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using AI Answering Service. By using our service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
We provide AI-powered call answering for businesses. The service includes 24/7 call handling, conversation summaries, and call recordings (subject to our retention policy below).
Trial and payment
- You get a 14-day free trial with a valid credit card
- After the trial, we bill monthly through Stripe
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST where stated
- International cards are accepted through Stripe; your bank may apply exchange rates or fees
Cancellation
- You can cancel during the 14-day trial without charge
- After the trial, email info@aiansweringservice.io or cancel via Stripe to stop future billing
- We stop the service and future billing when you cancel
Data and privacy
- We store call recordings for up to 30 days, then automatically delete them (see our Privacy Policy)
- We do not sell your personal information
- We use trusted service providers (such as payment and telecommunications providers) who process data on our behalf — see our Privacy Policy
- We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles
Service use rules
You agree not to use our service for:
- Any illegal activities
- Harassment or spam
- Activities that could harm our service or other users
Fair use and call limits
Our base plan includes up to 200 answered calls per calendar month. Optional extra 100-call blocks are available if you need more (see our pricing page).
If your usage consistently exceeds what your plan includes, we may contact you to discuss adding a block or adjusting your plan. We will give you reasonable notice by email before any material change, limitation, or refusal of service for usage reasons, acting reasonably and where permitted by law.

- You can request changes to your AI settings by emailing us

Call quality and issues
You are responsible for the business information and instructions you provide for your AI receptionist. We are not liable for communication issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information you supply. System-wide issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Service availability
If you need to stop the service temporarily, stop forwarding calls to your dedicated number. You control when calls reach our system.
Legal matters
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
- Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales
